This is a Plea for HELP!!! A small island named "Higatangan" off the coast of Naval, Leyte has been hit very hard by the Typhoon in Philippines. The only way on and off the island is by boat. They are in dire need of food. If anyone has the ability to contact someone in the Philippines who can get food to them, it would be extremely appreciated. Please forward this message to anyone who might be able to help.
