Vote buying in Catarman Northern Samar 1 to 2 days before the election or voting day,this has been happening since may early age. vote buyers knock on our doors give a sample balot w/ money on it ranging 500-1000 pesos. all do it happens every election i am not sure if it will happen again this coming election i just want to share this just to inform and make every Filipino's around the world aware of what is happening in our province.
