Description
Alighted at LRT1 Abad Santos station; heavy floods after yesterday's sudden downpour on just one side of J.Rizal Avenue, the north-bound side. From my vantage voew atop the LRT1, floods reached the Tambunting area to the intersection of Manuguit/Hermosa and Abad Santos Avenue and J. Rizal Avenue. And possibly up to R.
