Police Senior Supt Danilo Peralta, the provincial police director, said they have witnesses who can pinpoint the lone gunman who shot Gaspar "Gaps" Omar, 35, a councilor bet of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA). Peralta did not identify the suspect.
