There have been reports that the incumbent mayor placed armed men to guard around the residence of his opponent. Some people were given money. and were told that if HE doesn't win, He will harass the tricycle drivers from that brgy. SOME BOTTLED WATER WERE SEEN WITH THE NAME OF THE INCUMBENT MAYOR.
