Looking for my aunt who was visiting her nephews in Guiuan. Their home is in "Hospital Village". I live in the States and my uncle and aunt currently live in Hawaii. He did not make the trip and is elderly so I am trying to do some info gathering for him as he is obviously concerned for her well being. Does anyone have info as far as who we could email or call when service begins to be restored in the area that might have survivor lists or information about shelters? They all have cell phones so as service is restored, maybe they will be able to be reached. Their names are as follows....
